The idea was to create a Japanese garden theme. The challenge was to fit a lot of elements in a small space. In order to do this the bridge was scaled down in size. Fully functional it lends a tremendous visual interest to the project. The garden is directly off the custom deck and can be viewed from several rooms in the house. This is a fine example of outdoor living space.

This is another example of outdoor living space on a larger scale.
The Pennsylvania Blue flagstone patio complements the Briarhill sandstone retaining walls nicely.
